He previously served at Deloitte, where he advised public and private sector clients on digital transformation, accessibility, and organizational strategy. His career has centered on leveraging innovation to expand inclusion and improve outcomes for underserved communities, with experience bridging infrastructure finance, policy, and cross-sector collaboration. As a board member of the Eko Vision Foundation, Leslie draws on this expertise to support strategic initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and assist the Foundation’s mission of advancing technology accessibility for the blind.
